Build your new home in Cyprus, one step at a time

BuildSmart Cyprus is an iPhone app that shows you what comes next when you build a home in Cyprus, and keeps your documents, budget, snags and team in one place.

What the app does

Roadmap

35 steps in nine stages, from plot and title checks, planning permission and the building permit, through construction, to the title deed. Each step lists its sources so you can check the current official position.

Documents

Add files and photos from your phone or camera, keep versions, and link each document to the roadmap step it belongs to. A checklist shows which documents are still missing.

Budget and stage payments

Set out your stage-payment schedule, record what you have paid, and keep quotes and variations with their attachments. The app shows how much is left to pay.

Snags

Record defects on site with before and after photos, grouped by area of the house, and track each one until it is fixed.

Handover

A practical checklist for the day you get the keys, and a closeout summary you can share.

Team and reminders

Keep contacts for your architect, engineer and contractor, write a site diary, and set reminders that your phone delivers as notifications.

Two ways to use it

Without an account

Everything stays on your phone. Nothing is sent to a server. You can export your data at any time.

With a BuildSmart account

Create an optional account with your email and a password so you and your architect or engineer can share one project. Account and shared project data are stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

What we do not do

No ads.
No selling of your data.
No third-party analytics or tracking.
